Pros

Positive= great Pharmacy team , many of our long term customers were friends-we knew them and they knew us.

Cons

Complete lack of understanding or respect from District Management. Fired for issues like 74percent customer satisfaction instead of 80 percent. Charged with customer complaints and forced to apologize to drug abusers who lied to try to fill narcotic prescriptions early. District Management lied on my performance review. Didn't even try to accommodate needs under ADA for disability.

Pros

I can't think of many positive things about this company, honestly. You get computer based training, Xmas party, vacation time. That's about all.

Cons

They do NOT pay fairly at all and expect you to work like a dog. All they do is complain about everything you do and never acknowledge when you've done a good job. Some of that might be easier to deal with, when you're compensated better for quality work.
