Pros

Great Benefits Package offered to associates

Cons

In Customer Care it has become more about numbers than actually being able to assist customers which made it extremely stressful work area

Pros

Great co-workers, fairly easy work. It was a great place to get some experience managing, but not necessarily the career option it used to be.

Cons

Pay, company direction, little opportunity for advancement. With the potential mergers of industry leaders and tight competition, it is hard to see this company investing in people, which leads to turnover and loss of talent.

Pros

you're given the ability to run the store as if it were yours. Do what you gotta do in order to be successful with little micromanagement

Cons

seasons come and go seems like weekly, no way to decide how much merchandise is sent your way, distribution centers run the stores.
