Pros

I have nothing good to say.

Cons

Not particular about important regulations, sets mandates while cutting help. Completely unsupportive middle management, clueless upper management.

Pros

Always something to keep you busy. Store-level management is wonderful. Flexible hours. Most associates are at least competent at their jobs.

Cons

Recently, within the past 6 months or so, corporate has drastically cut down the number of available hours for every store. (By 100 hrs/week for my store) this has created an environment where customers are upset because of long wait times, and employees are expected to do more work with less hours. Over half of the associates that I know have a second job. Because of this, and many are contemplating leaving.

Pros

Employees are nice. Day Managers are helpful. Plenty of stock. If ran nicely could be a good store. Wildwood Nj

Cons

I have 3 managers and only 1 other associate on my shift. Thr registers are from the mid 90s and their system are 15 years outdated. They do not train employees. Managers get upset when you ask them for help.
