Pros

For the most part it is a good company to work for. You can feel a since of satisfaction when you are able to assist customers. Communication to field team( DM, RXDM, APDM, etc.) is very open. Currently working every other weekend at my store. Putting stock up on truck day can be fun with right store team. Company is moving in the right direction. Good things are coming, slowly, but they are coming

Cons

It can be hard to assist customers and get your work done with limited crew working. If they don't give you enough hours for your store to have more than two people working most of the time, it can be hard some days. Hanging sales tags on weekends can get old. Very tired of it now. Pay raises aren't very good. I started as a Cashier making $8.00, moved to Shift Supervisor within a year or so and the pay was upped a dollar(not bad), but then my next raise was 18 cents and after than was only 20 cents. Lots of questions to ask customers at the register, can be overkill. (Store card, flue shots, kid cents, balloon program for charity, suggestive sales)

Pros

Good learning experience for an entry level management job. You will be overworked to the point where you have no social life.

Cons

Prepare to do the store managers work, plus everything else from stocking, to being a cashier. You will be overworked. Store manager's don't help

Pros

Flexible and great coworkers

Cons

Pay is horrible. You deal with medicine and people's lives, deal with doctors, insurance and billing. You count medicine and help customers. It is a very complex job and corporate just keeps finding more nonsense to do while they cut hours and wonder why things are out of control. job is worth at least 15 an hr...a buck less and I'll be earning what high school students do. How is the pay even legal?
