Pros

Only good for high school or college students because the pay is so low

Cons

Very low pay under $10, always short staffed because they to cheap and always concerned about the store budget so you always doing more work that at least 2 people should be doing. Just a company that doest care about its employees.

Pros

You get to make your own schedule. DM will get you to the best level to get you promoted as long as you are a hard worker.

Cons

Phone calls on days off. Not enough hours for the store to operate effectively which causes poor customer service.
