Pros

Excellent benefits package, some really good people, decent compensation, manufactures great products, embraces new technologies, sensitive to family/life issues, fair paid vacation policies.

Cons

Typical German owned company: simplest decisions must go through multiple approval levels, severe lack of customer focus, thrives on micro-management, must maintain FULL control at all times, focuses on fixing everything but the REAL problems, unrealistic growth expectation, lacks leadership and infrastructure, poor contingency planning, very little opportunity for advancement.

Pros

-Leadership is very visible and accessible. -Employees genuinely decent people. -Offers the opportunity to interface with people from all over the world.

Cons

-The company is privately held and that can be seen in some of the decisions that get handed down from on high. That being said it is far better than being beholden to a stock price. -Current amount of turnover at leadership positions.
