Pros

Not sure if there are any other than a few select people that work there now. Outside of that, if you're looking for a job - RUN!

Cons

One word = UNETHICAL!!! They just let go long time, "seasoned" employees that are in their 60's and telling them that they're eliminating their jobs - FALSE, they're being replaced by the "younger" generation. Also, if the president of the company doesn't like the way you look, watch out.

Weak and inconsistent leadership

Pros

Low cost benefits but can be hard to find specialty fields that accept.

Cons

Weak exec/senior leadership. Inconsistent strategy. Says one thibg and acts another. If you want to be handed an anchor and told to learn to swim...this is the company for you.

Pros

There are no good reasons to work for this company. The benefits used to help compensate for the terrible work environment but the new changes have shown how little the company cares about it's employees.

Cons

Poor management. Safety is not a concern. Fork trucks are often used to move product several hundred pounds greater than the recommended maximum. There are procedures for everything, yet you are trained that you must do it differently or you will not meet your quota, the catch 10 however is that if caught, the person(s) that instructed you to do it in such a way will deny it and put your job on the line. No job security, your job is always on the line. 6 point system Less than 30 minutes late is 1/2 point, more than 30 minutes late is 1 point. Only F.M.L.A. pre approved events are a valid excuse. If you get deathly ill and are in the hospital for 6 days, you have just earned 6 points and lost your job. Quality seems to also not be a concern as product is sold as being e-coated (a form of primer) yet even if that process fails the product is painted and sold without it. Expressing concerns about anything is frowned upon.
