Decent starting pay with excellent benefits. Friendly employees and great comraderie

Cons

No raise after starting full time - actually made less/hr. after paying into health plan. The air quality forced me to resign from the company. Improperly ventilated acetone mixes with the air causing burning of the tongue, mouth, throat, eyes, lungs and burning and redness of the face. I observed this on other employees as well. After working an 8-hr. shift you can taste this chemical in your mouth and you take it home with you. I finally resigned after developing episodes of slurred speech and other neurological problems.

No support from management. Almost all people except crownies of management team are frustrated to the core to leave the company. You will not get hike if you are honest and hardworking. Bucketing is important. Career destroyer management. No recognition only slog and slog. you will go mad slogging. Many more to list down.
