Business & performance of the company is coming down becaus of useless managment team. Unjust promotions, hike in salary given to puppets of management team only. Whole day is spent in meetings by management and also pull people having work unncecessarily to meetings.They have to stretch late hours due to that. No recognition to sincere, honest and hard working employees. management team shows unachievable targets to parent company to get their profit and then pressurise lower staff to achieve it without any direction. The word Recession is the greatest weapon for Rittal management team. It can be poor sales, pay hikes to hard working staff etc. The managment team enjoys all luxuries of the company at cost and without any value addition. Management team acts like president of the country.

Now no self respect person will continue to work with this Non-Professional and uncivilized Mad and Naughty Company ( MNC ). No Customer relation is maintained wasting time in conducting day-long non-productive meetings. The current management is not ready to retain any skilled and qualified persons in sales team, instead they want to build their own kith and kind and inefficient sales team. Nearly, 90 % of efficient and hard working persons have left the company due to ill-treatment by the current management. H.R. Policies are very very bad . No systematic Appraisals . Skilled and Hardworking Employees were not paid salary according to their work contribution, efficiency and Qualification.
