Different every day! Can be high paced. You get to build relationships with members or repeat guests and are empowered to surprise guests celebrating something special with fun amenities

Cons

You will be Standing up all day; get comfy shoes...pay the extra money for good ones. It'll be worth it

Pros

The best thing was the meals and cafeteria. The staff was close knit.

Cons

Worked tehre to feel like I was judged and looked down upon by fellow associates. I feltlike everyone was so clickish and talked behind your back.

The have an amazing culture. Most of their employees truly care about the guest's experience and go above and beyond to create a special experience.

Cons

The pay is below other local competitors, especially for hourly employees. There are not many opportunities to move up the ladder.
