Pros

Benefits, work enviroment, great coworkers.

Cons

Unorganized, people always calling off, management would flat out lie to you and seemed unqualified in the Guest Services department. Almost daily someone would miss their shift. Always being asked to cover someones shift. It seemed management wouldn't do anything about the issue. Planning was at times last minute and managers would take their stress out on their team members.

Pros

Benefits are strong and secure. Also, the hotel discounts are amazing.

Cons

It is a 24 hour operation and work life balance is not considered even though it is one of their core values.

Pros

Pay is competitive to other brands, great company with high standards for employees and guests, lots of attention to details

Cons

Micro managed, long hours as hourly position, more focused on outside company image rather than employees
