Flexible schedule, no micromanagement, decent benefits and pay

Cons

poor communication with upper management, I worked in remote location so never met the last 3 CEOs. It took me over 3 years to get a company email. I was treated as a contractor rather than employee.

You get to help patients with mental health issues. There are opportunities for overtime.

Cons

Administration and management are horrible and undervalue their staff and find any reason not to pay overtime, and fire their staff.
