Pros

Plenty of flexibility. Great vacation package. Great stock options. Plenty of free food.

Cons

Many cliques in the office. Very little direction from management, almost no training. Management does not make it clear what the expectations are and frequently change them on a dime. Stingy with raises.

Fun lower level people who are social, lots of different viewpoints and software to get the job done

Cons

You have to be willing to put in extra time to get things done, this is a fast paced company that expects a lot in a short amount of time, there can be a disconnect between managers and those they manage, pointless meetings
