Pros

Great pay and bonus structure. Overall a fun firm that likes to work hard, and play hard too. Spends money on its employees: fully loaded kitchen with snacks and drinks, happy hours, etc

Cons

My specific team culture is very poor. Comments from higher ups are extremely condescending. Feedback is rare and never timely. I have not had a chance do different types of work which was promised during my interview process and many times after.

Pros

Some of the staff are great to work with on engagements and around the office.

Cons

HIG Capital acquired the company several months ago. Sr. Management is now focused on acquisitions and dollar growth. Culture is quickly being eroded. They even brought in a consulting firm (yes, we are consultants) to identify why we are loosing the culture.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate understanding your perspective on Riveron’s recent transaction with HIG Capital. Culture is top of mind for us as one of the reasons HIG wanted to work with Riveron is our unique culture. Knowing that growth always brings change, we engaged outside consultants for the purpose having fresh eyes identify what makes our culture unique and how we can retain it through periods of growth. If you have unaddressed concerns, please contact your PA, PA Family Lead, Practice/Market Lead, or HR as appropriate. We hope to promptly resolve any matters you may have.

Pros

Most people are great to work with. Previous compensation model was great when being fully utilized, but for transaction services they removed this model which was a huge bummer when you're fully staffed on a long-term project.

Cons

Chicago office has no say, everything is run out of Dallas. Only care about growing the business. Lots of turnover. Management has a childish (i.e. unprofessional attitude) when people quit.
