Pros

Employee referral bonus. Due to extremely high turnover Riveron has to double referral bonuses.

Cons

Culture is at ALL TIME LOW. Senior leadership only cares about numbers. Attrition - employee turnover is high. So many cliques - especially in Dallas office. “Leaders” hired by CEO are junior at best. Diversity and Inclusion groups suffer or non existent due to high employee turnover.

Pros

Free medical insurance. $75 phone bill reimbursement.

Cons

If you are minority(race, gender), try to avoid this place. Same position, more experienced minority get pay 20-30% less than white man.

Growing Pains

Pros

Overwhelming majority of employees I connect with regularly are smart, fun, and caring. Opportunities to do a variety of things if you can develop the relationships with key influencers. Lot of potential for good things ahead if sr leadership can refocus and pull through a challenging time by setting a clear vision and executing on it.

Cons

Lack of transparency, especially around performance management, compensation, and deployment causes a lot of frustration among the client services folks. Limited opportunities if you do not develop relationships with key influencers. Many internal support functions have not meaningfully changed their approach and mindset to adapt to changes brought about by growth = inefficient, non-scalable processes. Appears to be a lack of clear focus on retaining current employees which puts a lot of pressure on the Scheduling and Recruiting functions to meet client needs and revenue targets.
