Pros

People are bright, creative and work hard. (middle management, and associates)

Cons

Company is a ruse. Presents themselves as a consulting firm, they are a white collar 'staffing agency' that chases after jobs to fill in for controllers, CFO's. Minimal repeat clients, they are 'one hit wonder' sweat shop. Marketing and their CPO write their glassdoor reviews. Not even creative enough to change up the reviews. Make up statements such as; "Love working here, it is so much better than the Big 4." They pouch from the Big 4 - hunting season right after audit season when associates are burned out from their long hours and disenfranchised at PwC, E&Y, KMPG. Read between the lines on the consistent 'same' language used in reviews of this company. Monosyllabic in reviews and they are not very bright.

Pros

-Some decent people that actually care about you and clients.

Cons

-Senior management only does what HIG tells them and strictly cares about the optics of their actions. -"Clients come first." - employees do not matter except to reach the bottom-line numbers that impact the managing director compensation. -Work is uninteresting and little guidance from senior team members. -Unless you are in the right clique you will find that you do not matter. -CEO only takes pride when things are going well and couldn't handle laying people off on a call, instead just hung up. -Lays off employees then can't hire enough people and forced to hire contractors.

Pros

-Team members in the trenches are top-notch and genuinely good down to earth people.

Cons

- Significant culture change after the PE acquisition. Change from a people-first culture to a revenue-first culture. - Recent acquisitions have been a struggle with little to no integration. - MDs seem stressed about selling work to meet tough revenue targets and the pressure cascades down to the staff. - Added pressure to bring in more revenue (work more) has been coupled with declining bonuses and merit increases
