Pros

-Good performance and hard work will usually earn you opportunities to grow into roles that challenge you -Better work/life balance than other consulting companies -You can be nimble here and find ways to get involved in offering areas that you want to grow into. Middle management will support you -There are genuinely GREAT people that work here, and having them in your inner circle will make your career and life tremendously better. These people are honest and focused on being trusted advisors to their clients rather than drumming up a false "rah rah" attitude around the firm and its brand. There is a clear difference and the value in a firm's culture is much more securely rooted in the former.

Cons

-EMD/C-level isn't connected to its employees. They make little discernible effort to communicate decisions that have a huge impact on employees' lives. People throughout the firm sense this and often perceive it as arrogance -Meritocracy is a farce. You hear anecdotes about double promotions...these happen after top performers haven't been recognized and look to greener pastures -PTO is well below average at junior levels -401k matching is sub par. Contributions vest over time so unless you are there for the long haul, the company is not investing in your retirement

Pros

I would be cautious of the positive reviews for this company. It came to management's attention how poor the ratings were on glassdoor and suddenly many good reviews came flooding in to the website. The company was growing fast- it is no longer. It is a good place for a former CPA, all other skill sets should look elsewhere

Cons

Poor management and little to no direction for the company as a whole. Interested to see where we end up in a few years. Compensation is tied to utilization- Consultants have no control over utilization-therefore pay is unpredictable and often really poor due to the company's lack of ability to win work.

Pros

Other managers and associates you work with on projects. Riveron is a glorified staff aug/cost cutting shop.

Cons

No value add provided to their clients - their 'gigs' are one hit wonder engagements, no consistent business built. Leadership team does the 'bait and switch' on you. They blow smoke up your butt to get you to join their high school click club and than they treat you like pond scum. Head of HR is the worst narcissist. If looking for a gig - ask the 'attrition' question. Their attrition in their firm is over 300 %. The PE firm that owns them is selling - already in diligence. Stay away.
