If you are in a management position you get bonuses based on production, its a great deal. Most of the managers will work together to increase each others production numbers, they will even falsify records and lie to patients and staff.

Cons

Being a non-management staff member or a patient your concerns and or healthcare come second to profit.

The pay is great The people I work with are wonderful My manager is very available and friendly Charge Nurses are great

Cons

The patient load on the Med/Surg Chronic Care unit is very heavy They do not follow Patient/Nurse ratio laws Sometimes Tele Nurses who are only supposed to have 4 pts at the most will get 5 Outdated system of charting Poor upper class management
