Pros
pay is phenomenal if you get a good unit the people you work with will be like family not many medication errors d/t only working with attending physicians and no residents
Cons
very hard to only have attending physicians because they are not as readily available and can be quite rude they do not generally follow the mandatory patient to nurse ratio of 5:1 if you have tele patients they will still give you 5:1 instead of the required 4:1 Meditech system for charting is very old and hard to maneuver
