      Some of the nicest people you could ever work with. They make you feel like part of the family.

      Some leadership has been promoted over the years, but not based on their ability to do their job.

      making a difference in the lives of the patients I have come to know and love

      Cons

      Riverside does not look out for its employees, it tramples them if it means saving a quick buck. A final document was compromised without my being notified and ultimately, it messed my schedule up. This is a terrible organization to work for. They do not care for their employees, therefore are not seeing to proper care for their patients.
