      Pros

      I loved my residents. I worked on the dementia unit.

      Cons

      We often had a whole hall of demented residents(up to 20+ pts) by ourselfs. Lack of protection for staff if pts were hostile. Lack of staff. Lack of care until something happens.

      Pros

      its small, the other employees are awesome, some of the managers are good.

      Cons

      The pay is crap, they are years behind what Sentara does, barley get any bonuses, any ancilary staff is undervalued and under paid. They just made the minimum pay $15/hr but failed to fairley comensate other employees for their job titles and time here. It is a joke sometimes how clueless the administration is.
