      - Great product - Smart people - Good benefits - A lot to lean

      Cons

      - Too political - Hard to get things done - Huge disparity between Sr and Jr people - Horrible life-work balance. People working all the time - Top/Down leadership. Teams don't have any say. - Too many managers who don't know what they are doing

      Pros

      For periods of time while working at Rivian, the work was stimulating. Some of the people are genuinely invested in the vision of electrification and take pride in their work.

      Cons

      Many projects were spun up by directors without VP approval, leading to them ultimately being shut down. Most of the people I worked with were primarily out to make a name for themselves with resume projects that did not translate to real business value. The culture I pretty awful. It is constant chaos with no real sense of direction.
