Healthy snacks in office and adventurous co-workers

Cons

Retaliation (People got fired for reporting incidents to HR such as sexual harassment, discrimination…) Pay is not enough for anything Pure chaos, things changing a lot, bonus got cut by 20% with no explanation, stocks (which is a part of your compensation) plunged, so we lost 75% of our stock compensation. Obviously, company is in big financial trouble, it all makes sense when you work there and see the terrible decisions made by leadership. Unless you are willing to risk your career, I think the company needs decades of work if it survives bankruptcy.

Cons

- Lack of direction from senior leadership - Mismanaged teams due to lack of experience - Teams were constantly at odds with one another due to a lack of communication resulting in asks that were impossible and/or year-long projects that would all of a sudden stop

California runs the company and have no idea what goes on in the factory RJ continues to make massive mistakes, he isn't focused enough on Normal IL and if Normal fails the company fails No work life balance if your at the factory Cali coworkers hardly work
