      -Coworkers were great -Upward Mobility -Remote

      Cons

      -Stagnant Salaries -Clueless Upper Management -Awful product. They have even taken themselves off of Google to hide bad customer reviews

      Pros

      The pros at this company were that the pay was decent, you could get out early on Fridays, and benefits were paid for.

      Cons

      Maybe sales is not for me, and that's why I left, but in my opinion when you have 3 specific metrics you need to hit (when they only really care about one), and that specific metric is very hard to reach when a lot of it is out of your control and luck based, it's hard to see this job as long term. Be prepared to be on a performance improvement plan (PIP) every other month and wonder if you will still have your job, even if you meet 100% of the 2/3 metrics.
