      Company is full of the type of people you want to work with No egos mostly High level of focus and execution Fun and spirited atmosphere Great learning opportunity Management is transparent with company happenings

      Cons

      There is a lot expected at times so it can be pressure-filled The company is very focused. Needs to loosen up at times Early-stage company so there is still monotonous work to be done

      Interesting Environment

      Pros

      We can wear whatever we want and most people can work from home if need be, although they would rather see us in the office (understandably).

      Cons

      This startup is ran by a bunch of guys who went to high school and college together. That being said, there is immense favoritism throughout the company and the rules don't seem to apply to those favorites. Like any other startup, pay is low and responsibility is high. They want us to work 24/7.
