Pros

Really Laid back environment Good pay Good hours

Cons

If you like sales you may like this but this office is just a group of frat bros mixed with some pretty nice people mixed with some racist people who smile in your face the frown or roll their eyes when your head is turnt. The managers have no real management skills, super immature, shows favoritism, arrogant with no compassion for the employees they don’t go out and drink with after work.

Thank you for your review of RoadRunner. We take all comments and allegations posted here very seriously. We strongly believe that our diversity is what drives us forward and would like to hear more about your experience. We do not have any formal complaints filed and encourage you to reach out to Human Resources to discuss any time you felt discriminated against. We do currently allow one dog to be in our workplace during office hours because it is a registered Emotional Support Animal (ESA). If there is ever an issue with this, we encourage employees to notify their manager or Human Resources. Sincerely, RoadRunner Recycling Human Resources

Pros

None all you need to know is avoid working here at all costs.

Cons

Micro management, no room for growth, West Coast is an after thought specifically, pay employees bare minimum, commission is impossible to make, leadership has no back bone and are all corporate robots. There are plenty of other sales role that will pay you better so do yourself a favor and avoid working here.

Pros

You work from home and have decent benefits.

Cons

They like to make up the rules as they go along. I had to question their integrity on a regular basis.
