Pros

Health premiums are 100% covered by the company for the employee and for a family, the premiums are super low. Positive culture and they do have weekly sales training to be good at your job. Work from home and you get a work laptop.

Cons

Even though it's a remote company, it is based in PA. You are required to work the hours of the timezone where your team is based. No exceptions. PTO time is accrued per paycheck, rather than already getting it for the year. Pay is $40k base with no caps commission, but you have to grind and work hard.

Pros

- Pay is on the 5th and 20th each month, I never had an issue getting paid - Gain experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot - You gain 8 hours of PTO every pay period (which you need to take frequently to keep sane)

Cons

- As a BDR you’re expected to make 80 calls a day, send 15 emails, prospect 10 accounts which doesn’t sound that bad but when you’re calling businesses to ask about their dumpster contracts it is truly demeaning work when you’re hung up on constantly and management holds you to unrealistic quotas
