Pros

Great people and a fun culture, especially if you are a young professional trying to get a start in sales. Potential for growth. Remote-work policy so you get to WFH most of the time. Hands on training. Pretty decent PTO, salary and health insurance. It’s a good stepping stone for a career in sales but not a long term gig.

Cons

Sales bro culture. Not a lot of women in sales leadership positions. Brutal daily KPIs: 80 calls and 15 emails a day MINIMUM. Depending on what market they put you in, hitting quota will be tough unless you bust your butt daily. Some sales coaches are overbearing and pushy, while others are completely aloof. Revolving door of BDRs constantly.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the positive comments about our people and our culture. We certainly try to have fun and it is our goal to be the employer of choice for starting a sales career. We also appreciate your feedback regarding our sales training and lack of diversity in our sales leadership team.

Pros

Nice coworkers, that's about it

Cons

HR does not care about you. You will make 70 phone calls a day and that's it. Great if you like sales, not great if you don't.
