Pros

Remote work & fully provided benefits

Cons

They do not care about the sales development representatives. When the market starts to fail rather then fixing issues or looking for new opportunities they will simply replace the SDR. Everyone is seemingly allowed to fail at their job and it will be blamed on the SDRs.

Cons

Not much structure, you're kind of left to figure everything out for yourself without much instruction or many tools available for sales enablement
