Pros

Competitive Pay (Base & Commission) Uncapped Commission Challenging and Rewarding Work Responsibilities Great Medical, Dental, Vision and Legal Benefits

Cons

No downside that comes mind. You get out what you put in. This is a true closing role, with 100% new sales, and monthly quotas. If you are used to waiting on a sale to come to you of fall into your lap, I would advise you to move on otherwise you won't make it. This is a consultative sale, and it will require you to create urgency, to avoid stalls and put offs. You will need to ensure you are selling to DM's and not influencers.
