Pros

- The people make this company, and in my opinion is the greatest competitive advantage. - Senior Leadership is easy to speak with and has an open door policy. This is great for implementing ideas and action plans. - Everyone has a say, and ideas and suggestions are welcomed and discussed; and if it makes sense are implemented. - There are opportunities to move around to other positions within the company, if current role turns out not to be a good fit. Management recognizes strengths and offers to focus those strengths in other areas where people can maximize their skill set. - Rapidly growing company, so with that comes opportunities for leadership roles and growth. - Company does monthly competitions with monetary incentives, sends out gift cards, and tech prizes. - Promotes quickly based on merit and performance. - Great benefits. Company pays 99% of employee Medical, Dental and Vision.

Cons

- This isn't necessarily a con but be ready to grind and give 100% effort. If you are looking for a cushy role, this is not for you. People that do well at this company all share one common trait, they hustle. - If you work hard and you give max effort, do the right thing, you'll sore with this company.

Pros

Good Benefits and Excellent room for growth, If you are looking for somewhere to climb the ladder here is the place. It is a growing company that has some growing pains but if you work through them you will become successful here. The pay is good and like I stated the benefits are great.

Cons

PTO policy could be better. If your going to put in a dress code all departments should follow.

Pros

Benefits are 99% paid by company, which means super low employee contributions to health, dental, and vision. I pay less than $5 per MONTH for my single coverage. 3 weeks paid time off. Not many people come into a job with 3 off the bat, so that's cool. Great culture, you can really have a voice here if you know how to be a professional and not a child, and have facts or figures ready to discuss to back up your point. Young company, plenty of opportunities for people that have good work ethic and positive attitude. Attitude is everything, anywhere you go. Everything is what you make of it! That being said, patience goes a long way. Young companies that are growing fast are always reevaluating how things are done and making improvements. Sometimes that means they learn things in hindsight. If you're a SMART person, you recognize that as an opportunity to make an impact, to be seen as a leader and a problem solver, and to show that you have value! That's how people get ahead. You don't get ahead just by showing up. When I was offered a job, I was worried about some of the bad reviews I read here on this site. Credibility of those authors is questionable, as is with any bad review at any company. Generally, for some people its easier to blame others than look in the mirror at themselves. Instead of trying to be better, its easier to cast judgment on others when they actually have no idea what they are talking about. Crabs in a bucket mentality! Google that expression if you dont know it :) I chalk that up to inexperience in real life and a bad attitude. Its easy to hide behind "anonymous". So, I take those words with a grain of salt. Want to know what I did? I reached out to real, live, non-anonymous people that have been with the company for awhile on LinkedIn to get honest perspectives about the company and jobs. Normally, people are friendly and are happy to talk about their work if you're interested. Especially if they are active on a social network like LinkedIn. I would suggest doing that if you're reading this. I am happy I did. It made me confident that I was making the right move. I truly love the people here and generally feel like people are happy to be there. Everyone is so friendly and wants you to succeed. Also, I'd like to disclose that I am LBGT. Openly. I never felt uncomfortable in that regard. I feel increasing diversity is always a good thing. Also, I definitely see females performing well and with the same opportunities as anyone else. I am also female. Just wanted to mention those things to people who place importance on that like I do.

Cons

I wish there was a 401k and/or tuition reimbursement. But maybe in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a thoughtful review. I am thrilled to hear about your positive experience working at RoadRunner. We are incredibly proud of our diverse community and celebrate the fact that a small group of people, with many different backgrounds, can come together to solve a major problem our country is facing. Our employee benefit packages are always being evaluated and enhanced, and we anticipate adding financial planning options, including 401K plans, soon. I encourage you to reach out directly to our Human Resources team to learn more about those upcoming changes. Thank You, Graham Rihn Founder & CEO
