Pros

The company health benefits are great, and there’s a sense of really caring about one another. Everyone is kind.

Cons

There is little room to advance your career on the operations side.

Pros

Nothing. Everything about this company's inside sales team is terrible. I would only recommend this role to a stay-at-home parent (which almost all of my cohert was) who is looking for extra income from home and is not affected financially if a job doesn't work out. Do not take this job if you are a young professional who is trying to become an Account Executive for a company through an SDR program.

Cons

This company has so many problems with inside sales that I don't even know how to fit them into one section. The whole role is determined by whether you pass the training portion which wasn’t told to my cohort until a week into the role, and the development side is completely absent. You are given only five discussion questions that don't help you qualify the customer, and you're expected to freestyle the call from there. Account Executives are difficult to work with and there are way too few of them. It takes them too long to close deals before your ramp period ends. Managers were unresponsive when it came to almost everything, but questioned why I wasn't getting any meetings, and had trouble with the cold call script beyond the five random questions. I asked one to do call blocks to learn more, but they would always ignore the requests. All aspects of this job are terrible, and my advice is that if you are offered the role and want a stable job, decline the offer.
