Pros

-I loved my sales team and most of the people I worked with -Welcoming culture, great DE&I -Potential to make good commission in SDR role -Lots of incentives for performance -Seems like some people genuinely care

Cons

-Micromanagement -Base salary not competitive -West Coast team feels isolated from the rest of the company -Upper leadership doesn't advocate for their employees when concerns regarding growth opportunities, dissatisfaction with salary/bonuses, concerns about hauler relations/lack of approvals in our markets arise -Became very corporate culture-like, coaching and feedback wasn't relevant

Pros

It was a decent paying job for a freshly graduated college student to gain experience, but compared to other companies, the pay was below average for the amount of work.

Cons

The job role explanation was a little misleading going into the company. In order to be successful and meet quota, you not only have to book meetings and get them to hold, but you also have to collect waste invoices from customers to get approvals which can be hard at times. The pay is not as great as other inside sales positions at other companies.

Pros

As someone who has worked for many different companies across a variety of industries with varying degrees of success and fulfillment, I feel very fortunate to have landed at RoadRunner. Overall, this is a fantastic place to work. We have direct access to the leadership team and they all seem to genuinely care about employee development. I think what I value most here is the company works hard to make it clear for employees what is expected of them and when you succeed, you earn the opportunity to rise up and take on more responsibility.

Cons

From my perspective, intra-department communication is very good. Occasionally, communication between departments could be improved to ensure better alignment. We are now very transparent with OKRs company-wide so it has become a lot more clear what is priority across all departments than in years past.
