Dead End Position/Unfair Supervisor

Pros

Not many. Work from home is a plus, the team members other than the supervisor are great. That is about all.

Cons

The department was ran much more efficiently and with much more moral before a new supervisor came into position. Everyday operations became more complicated and more difficult as the process changed constantly. The new supervisor came in the position firing employees and others resigned due to the changes of the new supervisor. Promotions are borderline impossible to receive in this position as you are given no guidelines to succeed or grow. Overall, this is a dead end position with no growth, no competitive pay, and a supervisor who talks down on employees and other departments.
