Cons

Not really a con, but understand you get out of your sales role what you put in. It's a grind each month, with 30 day quotas.

Genuinely care about their employees. Great work-life balance. Fun company culture with motivated people who like to be successful, individually and as a team.

Cons

Growing pains of a young business. It can be challenging, but it’s expected with a fast moving company like RoadRunner. We learn, build, and grow.

Phenomenal company culture and business model

Pros

RoadRunner has 2 goals; save businesses money and recycle as efficiently as possible. Not much to complain about when THAT is the mission of the company. Employees/Management always willing to help close more business and there for us on a personal level if need be as well. During a global pandemic, these are especially important qualities to have.

Cons

Sales can be hard at times, but this isn't any fault of RoadRunners. I genuinely can't think of a true "con" to write here.
