Pros

This is a great place to work where it seems that the management truly wants you to succeed. Being such a young company, you have pretty much immediate access to anyone ranging from the person sitting next to you to the CEO himself. It makes it easy to voice any concerns that you might have, but also allows for you to be known/recognized by everyone. It also seems that the people in charge genuinely seem to care about the mental health of their employees which is something that you don't get at all companies. It makes it easier to be able to express/be yourself. In terms of the sales role itself, pretty much if you can succeed here you can succeed anywhere. You are self-generating leads daily and spending time building rapport with your clients. Being that it is the trash/recycling business, this topic is something that usually falls to the bottom of the barrel when it comes to expenses for companies, so you have to fight to gain their interest.

Cons

The only true con to this company right now is that sometimes your success in this sales role is dependent on outside factors that you just cannot control, but there is no other way to actually do this job without these outside factors. This can be frustrating at times.

Pros

Amazing culture, helpful coworkers, approachable and sincere supervisors, fun atmosphere in the office, solid training, medical/dental/vision insurance, nice amount of PTO, and fair pay. RoadRunner was a big career shift for me, but the risk paid off big time.

Cons

Saw a previous review saying that they wish the 401k contribution would start immediately instead of after 6 months and I would agree.
