The start-up atmosphere allows every team member to contribute and feel like they are influential to the process. I appreciate the general attitude of this company and feel like this has been an incredible place to grow professionally. I was promoted just under a year and feel very motivated to continue my career path here at RR.

Cons

This company has an open minded environment and not for someone who is not open to change.

The managers here genuinely care about motivating employees to strive to be better. RoadRunner is constantly working to innovate how to assist our customer to recycle better.

Cons

No cons. I have been here a year now and love coming to work everyday.

Pros

The company genuinely cares for its employees and notices all the hard work. I have never worked for a company where I have felt so valued and appreciated. The company is continually growing so opportunities for career growth and promotion are definitely there to be had if you are willing to work hard and put in the time. The benefits are one of a kind, the health coverage is excellent, yearly swag gifts, compensation for hard work, quarterly employee meetings to recognize each other's achievements, and a very understanding work environment with a great work/life balance.

Cons

I would like to see RR offer more PTO down the road, but still being a fairly new company the benefits massively outweigh the cons.
