Pros

Ive never worked at a company thats cared more about the experience of their employees. It makes you feel like you are secure in your position. Fostering a desire to stay and grow with the company.

Cons

Its a complex industry. Learning all you'll need to know WILL take time and lots of effort.

Pros

Remote work, co workers were mostly great

Cons

The training became an impassable joke. Upper management is clueless. Was given fake titles as I tried to keep the company culture alive with zero pay behind it. They claim DE&I however when I fought for my black employee to be given a fair chance, I was ignored then they never even offered him any help. Oh then I got fired 2 weeks later. Inside sales will promise to lower overage fees but then they sell them cameras for the dumpsters so roadrunner can charge the overages. It’s all a scam!!!
