- young, ambitious workforce is truly inspiring - ceo is smart and just did $28 million cap raise - bonuses and competitions keep work fun - benefits are remarkable - unique selling situations that require interdepartmental communication are rewarding in the end - experience speaking to C-level executives on a daily basis (great for resume)

Cons

- As with any fast-growing business, many situations are unprecedented. I guess this is a con since many fully matrured larger corps might have a system in place to deal with
