You are on your own when you work for "Corporate" vs Onsite Operations

Onsite folks are amazing!!! They go out of their way to help you. Onsite management was the only person/people who ever cared enough to endorse and encourage me.

Cons

You report to "Corporate" who are all based in Chicago (OR not in AZ or actually onsite). Your manager is not local, "team" is located all over and we have calls but there was NEVER any guidance on anything. I tried multiple times until it got frustrating on my end and thank God I know how to do my job but any questions, zero help. I was successful in conducting my job that I was hired for, BUT the minute something catastrophically happens in your life that you have no control over, you become obsolete. I don't do these reviews ever but the way this company handled my situation had to have been the most unprofessional way I have ever seen.
