It's a large company so there is always work. It's great in that aspect and you can rely on those checks clearing. You have access to PPE and equipment to keep you safe and working.

Cons

It's a big company. Sometimes you feel like just a number. You can ask for something for a long time before it actually makes it to who needs to hear it. My biggest gripe was trying to get time off. I have a life outside of being your employee. I can't work everyday and when I try to tell you I need some time off I shouldn't be met with automatic NOs and hostile attitudes. You have work to do, I have a life to manage that includes things that aren't working for you 24/7. I like hours. We all do. They pay our bills. But when all I'm doing is putting in hours and never having time to see my family or take care of personal business and I ask for some time to do that, don't make me the bad guy.
