If your looking to advance don't work here, with this job it's not about your certifications it's about who you know that's higher up. This company needs to be audited, lack of communication, lack of experience lack of respect for there drivers and shop guys get payed little to none just to go on the road to kill yourself you have to work a 70hr week to bring home a decent check, but here's the catch company rule we can't go over 70miles per hour even on a road that the speed limit is post 70🤔 hmmm. Speed trackers so we can't go over the speed limit but We're limited to 14 hr days now ,sometimes the job is 3hrs away drive time , once you get to the site you might have 9-10 hrs worth of work then you have a 3hr drive back so now your doing community service for a hour noway that is possible, Something need to be fixed here ,the employers need to be treated better heard out getting payed better then the job might get done better it's called help me help you we all can be happy.

Drivers at time can be a little over the top and you just got to know how to handle situations when it come time because that happens a lot
