      Pros

      As a software conversion project accountant handling things like bank reconciliations, financial reporting, GL entries, and budget preparation, I enjoyed the breadth of assignments that varied with company size and industry. I was happy to learn several new software programs over a couple years. Lastly, I met a lot of good people both inside and outside the organization. It is a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow in both personal and professional ways.

      They did not have a company 401k match.
