High Earning Potential – Commission structures can be lucrative for high performers, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives.

Cons

High Turnover & Burnout Risk – The fast-paced, sales-driven nature of the job can lead to high stress and burnout, especially for those who don’t thrive in a competitive environment. Pressure to Hit Quotas – There are aggressive sales targets and KPIs, and missing them can impact job security and compensation. Great Foundation to start staffing career

Pros

Robert Half is a great place to start your staffing career. After 2 years, you either continue to perform or get let go.

Cons

Their quotas are unrealistic after 2 years and will be the reason a person gets let go. There is also lots of micromanaging and seems they value quality over quality.
