Pros
great training, worked among some very talented people, learned the staffing industry at one the best companies in the industry. I had some great successes and was a member of President's and Chairman's Clubs several years during my tenure.
Cons
Micro-management, management by fear, constant fear of losing your job, being treated like a child. Developing anxiety and insomnia over management's incessant second guessing. Cut-throat sales environment. The company over hires and lets people sink or swim.
