RCI training processes are superb as well as their technical resources.
Cons
High pressure environments with very little support from your management. In fact, most of the time your job is at risk because the manager is trying to still your business. The buddy system is also a two edged sword, be aware of the partner you are assigned. RCI is very concerned with business growth; however, their lack of concern for their employees is disgusting.
