Pros

benefits are good, as is the training.

Cons

a really high turnover, as in most staffing agencies. when someone gives their notice, he/she just pack up his/her things and leave. you're not allowed to linger around. it's a really weird situation to sit through. people drop off like flies. it the course of 8 months i saw 10 people quit/get fired. that's another thing - management will "lay you off" in a snap. everyday you're looking over your shoulder. it doesn't matter if you're making your numbers or not. if someone senior doesn't like you, you're let go. management is very unprofessional and has no qualms discussing other co-workers with you in your monthly meetings. if you enjoy being a back-stabbing, opportunistic, soulless jerk, this is the place for you. recent grads are recruited in and trained up because they really don't know any better - supple minds or whatever it's considered. they promise amazing pay that you'll never see because chances are 90% you won't last a year. from my training class alone, i kept in touch with 20 people. 4 are still there a year later. what does that tell you?
