Pros

It's largely a sales position regardless of what you're role in the company is. I've had the opportunity to hold multiple roles in the company, and each was a sales role at the end of the day. No one makes any secrets about that. For every complaint about the metrics, the long hours, etc., if you don't want a sales position then it's not for you. If you work hard and do the things people ask of you to learn the business, it's a very rewarding position. If you come in with preconceptions and want to go your own way because you think you know better, then you will fail and have a hard time in this company.

Cons

It's not a perfect company, and it's not a perfect job, but I prefer to keep the negatives between myself and my supervisors.

Pros

Medical benefits, but no 401k!! Well branded company.

Cons

No work life balance, hours are from 8-6pm and management looks at you funny when you leave at 6pm. Every year just before Thanksgiving they let a bunch of people go across all lines of business to pump their stock price. Management and Senior Management micromanages, in a very intense way. My manager would tell me to get on the phone so I can pay his mortgage. A very high turnover rate. Everyone in your office are your competitors as they are all trying to sell against each other, which fosters a horrible culture with a lot of fights in the office. My cubical was so GROSS and was about 20 years old. The chairs in the office were all ripped uncomfortable and outdated. When I left the organization and put my 2 weeks in they walked me out like i was a felon (when I left on good terms) and never paid me for my 2 weeks as well as didn't pay me the correct amount and nobody could give me a reason why it was incorrect. Management has no compassion for you at all. They only care about you billing and that's it. They run out of coffee, napkins, and other stationary's on a monthly basis. The air is very misty because of the old cubicle and also they never clean the air ducts fostering lots of bacteria in the office. They also change the compensation plan in the middle of the year. No training as well is provided. It's a sink and swing mentality there. There is so so so much more.

Pros

They have a great bonus program and benefits, including medical/vision/dental. The salary was competitive and overtime potential was adequate. Paychecks were every week and timesheets were easy to submit.

Cons

The only part that I did not find satisfactory was communication on successive positions. The next position that I was offered was not within a mileage radius that I could travel.
