      I share all the sentiments of previous reviews - this company has extremely high turnover because they treat their staff like garbage. Read all recent reviews - then go back about 5 years and read some reviews from then. Same leadership team and same culture - nothing has changed. They are a $4B company that slipped down to $3B during the recession and crawled back to $4B this past year ... and that is where they will stay for a long time because they do not have a sustainable model. Most people quit and the others get fired - revolving door because the culture is deplorable. Don't waste your time.

      Great people work there! Very much a work hard, play hard culture

      Cons

      Unreasonable quotas for cold calling IT professionals to convince them to register with Robert Half for jobs that you don't actually have yet. It feels deceptive, because you are trained to never say that the jobs don't actually exist currently. The goal is to market iT talent to companies to actually get the opportunity to fill jobs.
