Cons
Very high margins mean the consultant is significantly underpaid for their experience and skills, even when compared against Robert Half's own salary studies. If you qualify, health benefit costs are excessively burdensome on the employee. Payroll practices are inconsistent and strangely convoluted, sometimes delayed. Not much follow-through - expect to be calling or emailing your recruiter or management often when looking for an engagement or resolving HR issues. Always get everything in writing.
